Trilogy at Vistancia Update – Release of next Phase in Parcel C12

I wanted to give you a quick update on the Trilogy at Vistancia community in Peoria Arizona. I am very excited to share that they have released the next phase in our Desert Bloom aka Parcel C-12 neighborhood. This quaint neighborhood has approximately 99 home sites. They have released 1574 thru 1581 and 1623 thru 1633 and 1646 thru 1653. These homes sites are released effective Saturday, March 9th 2013 and will be sold on a first come first serve basis. I have included a copy of the new neighborhood map for Desert Bloom at Trilogy (Parcel C-12) below for your reference. I also included a copy of the overall Trilogy community map so that you can see where this new neighborhood is located within Trilogy. The location is spectacular – in the heart of the community and extremely close to the Kiva Club. They saved the best for last – this will be your last opportunity to enjoy a new home in a premier location!!
